Nurturing talents in a conducive atmosphere is an approach that ensures that both physical, mental, psychological and social aspects of an an artist comes out as strong individuals in determining their shapes and own future without necessarily having to rely on anybody except there own talents and body.
Motivation in itself is a determination to contributing towards something which uplifts artistic spirit of the artists themselves and art fraternity in general.
