How ironical is Ngugi Wathiongo to write about the newly “liberated” Kenya National Theatre #KNT and putting the word ‘liberated’ in quotes.
Could he be meaning there is more to arts than the ‘gold glitter’ of renovations or he is just afraid to be exiled again!
To which extent is arts still considered a foreign thing by the Kenyan government?
